How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. Please note that this timeline can be affected by weather.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times vary by location (typically 7-21 business days).

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by your country's customs authority. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates that may apply to textile and fiber products.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on:

• Skeins that have been wound
• Custom dye orders
• Custom button orders

Are your yarns ethically sourced?

Yes! Golden Fleece Fiber Company loves animals (tell your pets we said, "hi") We only work with suppliers who share our commitment to animal and human welfare. If you have questions or concerns, please email us at goldenfleecefiberco@gmail.com. 

How do I care for my fiber products?

Care instructions are included with each product. While our yarns are superwash, we highly recommend hand washing your knits in cold water for best results. Do not wring out the fabric- roll it in a towel and gently press out the liquid to avoid felting. Our buttons are hand wash only, as the resin can be damaged in clothes washers and dryers.
